Establishment of Post Training Hand Holding Support Objective: The CED has set-up a full-fledged Post Hand Holding Support Cell (PHS) to guide and support each trainee who has successfully completed their EDP training. The cell also aimed to work as separate body in co-ordination with Training Wing. The Post training hand holding support cell (PHS)guides the trainee mainly in Sales & Marketing strategy, preparing project reports, government licensing procedures and government scheme support. The concept of Human library is being promoted and experts (instead of books) would provide them required guidance and support for establishing business ventures. At present the PHS Cell has been based at Naroda Campus. The PHS Cell has initiated its activities from its Naroda Campus and Regional Offices across Gujarat. The data collection part is under way which is to be compiled and acted upon further. The aim of this Cell is to increase the conversion ratio i.e. CED trainee converted into Entrepreneur/Businessman successfully. The Cell will be actively function and get priority looking to the present scenario. CED always gives preference to the Post-training Hand-holding Supportactivities/hand holding support to be made available to the trainees after the completion of training. It is important to keep track of all activities for the business progress for each and every trainee. CED acts as a catalyst for trainee’s personal and professional growth. CED will hire mentors for the hand holding cum counselling support to the entrepreneurs. Directory of Entrepreneur (DOE) is the vital task in context with the hand holding support. DOE contains the details of entrepreneurs and their enterprises such as their UdyogAadhar Number/MSME number, GST number, Plant address, Loan details etc. Support Area: Major focus of the Post-training Hand-holding Support activities would be on following areas: 1. Hand holding/Post training/Counselling Support for minimum 6 months after completion of the EDP training programs 2. Hand holding lecture series 3. Project report formulation, legal & license related issues, sales & marketing approach 4. Follow-up meeting and Mentoring support 5. DOE preparation 6. Product display of the successful entrepreneurs
